Hanzō was out late tonight, just hanging at the park. He wanted to chill with Kyokyomon outside of the house. This seemed like the perfect spot and time to just let loose at. Kyokyomon was hidden away in his backpack, to hid from unwanted eyes. He didn't know who to trust with having a digimon around and who he could actually talk about these things too.
He stood in the middle of the park and took a look around. Setting the book bag down on the ground, he would whisper into it. "Looks, like we're the only ones here. So let's try not to draw to much attention to us." He then full unzipped the bag to let Kyokyomon out.
KyoKyomon floated into the air and took a look around himself. Taking in the area of the playground and making sure that Hanzō was right about there being no one there. He would still float near the book bag just in case he would have to go back in. "It's nice to be outside, but sucks having to watch our backs."

Noting with some loathing that it was the first time she'd ever been denied the chance to change out of her school uniform before dark, Briana ran through the park, Motimon following her through the bushes that ran alongside the pathway which also provided him a hiding place from the street lamps. Again, just as with the incident from a handful of days ago, she really had no one to blame for this, with her current circumstances being a result of both owing someone for covering her position as one of the students on clean up duty from time to time as well as her ocassional tendency to forget her bag at the school after leaving the building. Unfortunately, this time she'd left the bag in the classroom she'd finished cleaning after she'd left, meaning that the sun had already begun to set when she'd been forced to go back for it, with darkness setting in when she'd finally located the damn thing and managed to leave the building. Unlike before, however, Briana had decided to take a shortcut through the park back to the apartment complex she was living in during her stay in Japan - probably a bad idea, especially given the teachers' explicit warnings to avoid the place after dark, but it was the quickest way back. Besides, she wasn't exactly alone and could look out for herself quite well, even without the pepper spray and taser.
Still, that hadn't stopped Motimon from attempting to persuade her otherwise, although he wasn't exactly in a position to talk, a fact that she'd made sure to remind him of - they'd agreed that he was supposed to stay home, or barring that in the park, where he'd be out of sight. Nevertheless, he'd been waiting outside of the school gate for her at sunset when she left the building the first time, something that was incredibly foolish and reckless given how cautious the little digimon usually was. Briana couldn't blame him, though, let alone be irritated about it - she knew what it was like to wait alone for someone, so she'd simply let the matter slide, especially given how often he was the one looking out for her. Coming around another corner in the path and leaning into the turn, Briana skid to a stop as she saw someone else ahead, completely forgetting about Motimon's presence until the little pink creature popped out of the shrubs next to her, he himself having no way of knowing about the other person until he had already exited the bushes and instinctively freezing - a tactic that might have worked elsewhere in an attempt to pass himself off as something fake, but not when he was upright and in the middle of a darkened park.
"Oh shit." Briana said, instinctively swearing in english without realizing it the moment she realized that the guy was facing in their general direction and that Motimon was no longer hidden.

Hanzō laughed at Kyokyomon as he began to focus more on him, instead of his surroundings. Kyokyomon was the only real friend he could trust. The only person that he saw as his equal and what could technically mean that he was no longer of the lone wolf social group. Yet he didn't mind being considered more of a social person if it meant the Kyokyomon would be there with him.
That's when he heard a noise coming from the bushes in front of them. Before he could even fully react and try to hide Kyokyomon, there was another digimon and a human girl in front of them. Seemed like they were frozen like a deer in head lights. Well, that would make the both of them, since Hanzō and Kyokyomon were also exposed. Now he had to figure something out.
Hanzō figured he would be the first to talk. Standing straight up now, not trying to even attempt to hide Kyokyomon, he spoke up. "Well, If we both stay frozen, then we won't be able to get out of this situation. My only question is, were you destined or did you force yourself to have a partner?" HE had to be sure after hearing about the A.I.R. corporation.

Both human and digimon pairs standing completely still for several awkward seconds, Briana reacted at the exact same moment Hanzo did, taking half a step back and pointing at the small creature that was exposed when he'd moved, her mouth momentarily failing her for the first time in recent memory. While it didn't really make any logical sense thinking back on it, Briana had gotten used to Motimon being the only digimon she knew of after over half a year of seeing or hearing nothing of any others - it'd been a stupid assumption to make, even if unspoken, but she'd gotten used to the idea that Motimon was the only one she'd ever know. Having it happen two nights in a row didn't exactly help matters, either - while she may have been able to cope with one or two at a time, at this rate they were beginning to leap out of the wood work, and she had no idea how many more were going to appear. Not that she minded, of course - Briana had always loved seeing new things, and digimon were no exception, and it was that fact that allowed her to recover the instant the other student finished speaking. Her reaction, however, was likely not the one he was expecting.
"Neat! You're a digimon too, then? How long have you been on our side? Motimon said he came from the digital world so I'd assume you came from there too, but if not where from? Are you a Virus, Data or Vaccine type? Or is it Attribute? Wait a sec, I never even asked your name, what are you called?" Briana asked, the questions spilling out in rapid english without any break for breathing as she had suddenly closed the gap between the two groups, crouching down next to the other student's digimon and seemingly oblivious to his presence. In all truth, Briana was still aware that Hanzo was there, but she simply didn't care - she saw his clothing, recognized him as a student from the school, and that was all there was to it. This other creature, though, he was new, and that was more than enough to keep her attention.
"I apologize for any rudeness on her behalf, it's not intentional. I am Motimon, and she is Briana. We are pleased to make your acquaintance." Motimon said articulately and in japanese, a stark contrast to his partner as the small pink blob calmly moved across the open space from where he stood before after recovering from his initial reaction, clasping his hands in front of himself and offering a small bow to Hanzo - a learned behavior since arriving in Japan, but seemingly appropriate for this situation. Besides, if he knew Briana, which he did, she honestly had not meant any harm in her own reaction - it was simply instinct to her, virtually second nature. The problem was that not everyone realized that, and even back in the United States it had often gotten her into trouble and driven people away from her.

Hanzō and Kyokyomon could only just look at each other as the girl came up to the digimon. This was the last thing they both could of expected. Someone to just come up to him and begin to ramble on, about Kyokyomon nontheless. Hanzō would admit that he thought Kyokyomon was awesome even as an in-training.
Hanzō only crossed his arms and looked towards the digimon that spoke. "Motimon and Briana, is it?" He said in his native tongue of Japanese. "Name is Hanzō and this is Kyokyomon. Can Briana speak Japanese?" He knew how to speak Japanese and English, is was part of the curriculum at school.
Kyokyomon turned his attention back to the girl. She kind of caught him of guard, especially when his guard was up. "Uh,.... Can we go with one question at a time? I couldn't keep up with everything you said. Also could you please answer my friends question? We both would like to know that."

"Indeed. Again, my apologies - she only started learning how to speak the language roughly two or three years ago, so she slips back into english without realizing it much of the time." Motimon said, making another short, apologetic bow to Hanzo before turning in Briana's direction and leaning to the side to get a better view of her around the male human's legs.
"Briana, you're speaking in english again." Motimon said, raising his voice slightly and switching languages himself to get the girl's attention almost as a parent or older sibling would, with Briana's mouth stopping in place as she glanced over at Motimon, taking a moment to realize what he was saying before turning back to face Hanzo's digimon again, slightly abashed but not any less enthusiastic.
"Sorry about that, bad habit. So, what's your name? I'm guessing you've got a Vaccine attribute?" Briana said, this time speaking in fluent japanese with only a slight accent now that she made the conscious effort to be understood. It was still difficult, though, especially seeing in that digimon themselves were mostly unknown to her. She'd endlessly pried Motimon with questions regarding himself, digimon in general and the existance of the digital world itself, but it was almost too much to ask her to rein in her curiosity now that she had an opportunity to confirm much of what Motimon had told her - not that she didn't trust him. He was her closest friend, virtually family, but it was always nice to hear it from another source as well. As Briana seemed to make the smooth transition over to japanese as well as slow her usual torrent of questions to a managable trickle, Motimon himself turned his attention back to Hanzo, intending to answer the question that Briana had unintentionally ignored a second time.
"We're not sure what you mean by the idea of forcing me to be her partner. Yes, it was decided beforehand, but no one forced me into being Briana's partner, I went of my own free will - she was completely unaware of my existance beforehand. The way you phrased your question does make the rather disturbing inference that people are forcing digimon into partnerships, although I don't see how that would be possible." Motimon said, standing straight and directly in front of Hanzo with his hands still clasped in front of him as the digimon spoke. Ah, how nice it was to speak to someone who actually listened! He'd come to love Briana as a sibling as she had him, but he was more often than not the one who acted as a guiding influence rather than the other way around, a conundrum that had confused him to great lengths during the first few months of their partnership - he'd had the preconception that digidestined were supposed to guide their partner digimon and by extension allow them to digivolve, not the other way around. Still, what Hanzo had said led to rather disturbing implications, ones that Motimon didn't understand as possible, and an issue he wanted to clear up as quickly as he could.

Hanzō shrugged and knew that Kyokyomon could hold his own. He turned his full attention to Motimon and ran his hand through his hair. Well, not many people would have run ins with the corporation. Yet soon, the more that Digimon started to come through the world the more they would try to control it all. He was lucky that his run in with them was small and he got away.
"Well, it is and it is happening. Those people don't deserve to have Digimon and they use their partners recklessly. You all should be careful if you come across them. Also, don't do anything to draw attention to the fact that you have a Digimon partner. They are looking to get their hands on digidestined."
Kyokyomon was in his own conversation with the girl now, as he heard Hanzō speaking with the other Digimon. This girl though was very interested in him as a Digimon. Though, he liked to be treated as nothing special, in this situation it was kind of uplifting. "I'm of the Vaccine variety. What attribute are you?" He said this jokingly, knowing that humans didn't have an attribute

"Thank you for the warning," Motimon said cordially, offering a third small bow before continuing to speak. "And it's not that I do not believe you, but some things just do not make sense logically speaking. While we never had to fear any such group over in the United States that specifically targeted digimon and digidestined, I still do not understand how it could be possible here, either. You implied that this group was forcibly turning digimon into partners, but that would also imply that they are travelling to the digital world to do so, a feat that Briana and I still have not accomplished ourselves. Such partnerships are also only possible with digivices, which are also not simply given out. Finally, if these people do have digivices and digimon partners that are bonded to them, what differentiates them from true digidestined? There were plenty of digidestined over the course of the digital world's history, and not all of them had positive influence, and plenty of the ones we see as 'good' could also have been described as 'reckless'. The Digimon Emperor of over thirty years ago was a digidestined himself, although he eventually renounced that role and returned to the fold."
While lengthly and just as inquisitive as Briana normally was, Motimon had to know these things if this group truely did present a threat to Briana. It was too much for him to think that she would exercise caution herself, or to try if asked to. While she was plenty intelligent, much more so than she led most people to believe, the fact remained that she had a very short attention span under normal circumstances, and he could not count on her to act in a way most people would consider "normal". He couldn't, and wouldn't, simply leave her on her own, for several reasons beyond the mere feeling that doing so would result in disaster. While she didn't understand how her digivice worked, she carried it with her everywhere she went, and if this group caught her with it in her possession, even his absence would not allow her to claim plausible deniability. As Motimon was struggling with how to deal with the new pieces of information, Briana remained seemingly oblivious as she continued to pry the small digimon in front of her with questions.
"Humans don't have attributes, we're not even data here in this world. You still haven't told me your name though. What part of the digital world did you come from? Motimon told me about the continent Server, but he also said there were a bunch of outlaying islands. Did you come from one of those?"

Hanzō nodded at the thought as he didn't believe it until he heard it himself. Once you have dealt with an actual A.I.R. member, it doesn't leave your memory. Finding a way to spread word around about their atrocities was his goal right now. This Motimon seemed very interested to understand more, sadly he couldn't go deep into it seeing as how he didn't know that much himself.
"Well, all I know is that these people were never destined to be partners. It wasn't by selection from the Digital World, but through these people. They want to control both worlds from what it seems. Either that or close the thing that connects both of them. I honestly don't want either to happen, that and I tend to rebel against higher authority figures." Smirking at the Motimon now after his last comment.
Kyokyomon was actually enjoying the talk him and the girl were having. Seemed she was just curious and wanted to learn more. Why would he stop a girl that was wanting to learn about Digimon in general. "Well, Briana, I thought you heard Hanzō say it, but my name is Kyokyomon. I come from the Continent of Server too. The actual area I lived has no name, it's just an abandoned castle."

Nodding in what appeared to be more a series of very short, rapid bows given his body shape, Motimon finally unclasped his hands brining one up to his chin as his forehead furrowed in thought at Hanzo's words. If he'd known about this group he never would have agreed with Briana's decision to travel to Japan, let alone stay here for any length of time. Sure, she probably would have gone ahead and enrolled in the student exchange program anyways, but at the very least they would have been able to take some kinds of precautions, although Motimon had no idea what would've been done. Contacting the authorities was out of the question as well - either they knew about it and were having trouble dealing with the group or were involved as well, or they had no knowledge of them to begin with. Even attempting to contact them would have been risky, anyways. While they had to have some inkling of the existance of the digital world, there were plenty of humans just as curious as Briana was - the problem being that relatively few of them had Briana's intelligence to balance it out, and even fewer had any amount of common sense, meaning that he would likely be carted off to some research facility if they ever became aware of him. There were several other possibilities in how to directly deal with the problem, but each one would have had astronomically high chances for failure considering how little they knew and that he was only one digimon, and one that had never digivolved beyond the In Training stage at that. There was another idea beginning to form at the back of Motimon's mind, but he was still lacking the information needed to make it work.
"....... if it's not too much trouble, I'd like to know.... have you encountered any other digidestined here in Odaiba, or in any of the surrounding cities for that matter?" Motimon asked, lowering his arm away from his chin and turning to look back up at Hanzo. Briana, still oblivious, continued to pepper Kyokyomon with questions, the rate at which they came beginning to increase again as her self control began to wane, leaning a fraction of a centimeter closer to the smaller creature with each subsequent question.
"Neat! They have castles there in the digital world? What was the castle called, or did you not know the name of the building, either? Were there any other buildings in the digital world? What were they made of, how old are they? Actually, how big was the castle you knew? Was it the same size of the buildings here, or smaller to accomadate your smaller sizes?"

Hanzō shock his head. They were the first one he has met in the city. Though, not the first ones he had met overall. The others he had met in the Digital world. It would be safer for them all there, just have to find a way to get there. This was something that they would have to decide on their own though.
"No one in the city, no. Inside of the Digital world, yes. Honestly think that is the safest place for Digimon and their partners to be. No need to hide from the public there. Be easier to discuss things there too, no telling if someone will pop around the corner. I mean we just did that with each other for example."
Kyokyomon was getting slightly irritated by the rapid fire questions now. "Uhm, can't answer all those questions. When I arrived to the Human World, I lost bits of my memory. Though we could take a trip to the Digital World and we can all find out."
