An industrialized place home to many machine and mutant type Digimon. The front door, a large and intimidating wall, is only open whenever the Andromon said to be overlooking the place sees fit... Which isn't often. The nasty fumes and dirty atmosphere of the place might make anyone avoid it anyway though.
