A large building found in the middle of Odaiba. No one is really sure what the A.I.R. institution is all about, but rather shady characters can be seen going in and out of the building. Those who are known to want something more in their lives are often directed here, where they are able to purchase a digivice and digimon or even get a job. Sometimes strange lights can be seen coming out of the top of this steel building, but everyone knows better not to ask questions...
