"Thanks!"
The Alraumon showed much happiness after the reaction of the Veemon and the human. If she managed to somehow become famous and well known, she wouldn't be known as a mere digimon of whatever were her species when she evolved, she would be known as Himika, an unique digimon with an unique name.
"I wish other digimon learned from those tales for children. They are fictional but they always have a nice lesson to learn from them. However, almost all digimon wants to grow up and evolve fast and soon forgets about those tales because they consider them childish."
The truth was that in this world of big fish eats the small fish, evolution was the ultimate goal of most of the digimon. Not many had time to enjoy their childhood like the Alraumon did and either were forced to grow up or by themselves wanted to abandon their child forms to become adults that can do whatever they want. Pragmatism was everything and only caretakers and old digimon bothered with learning about the old tales to pass them down to the ever impressive kids. The days when baby digimon would amusingly believe in those fairy tales were over and now pretty much everybody say humans as a mere power source, or slavers in the case of those whose freedom was stolen to be forced to tag with humans against their wills.
"Now let's get serious for a bit. To be sincere, I want to be like the Himika of the children fairy tale and create a better digital world. For Veemon, what do you think about the current digital world, the way it works and what would you like to change from it? And for Misaka, do you know of something from the human world that could work to make of the digital world a better?"
She took out from her shoulder bag a notepad and a pencil and waited for their answers. Not everything was power and evolution in the world, information was as important if not more and she wanted to learn about the wishes and desires of those who lived in the digital world. She wanted to bring changes to their home, but she didn't know what kind of world other digimon wanted. Maybe if she knew what Veemon and others wanted, she could find the answer to that enigma ...
