LOPMON You and Me, Baby, Ain't Nothing but Mammals LEVEL. RookieGENDER. FemaleRANKING. Partner (Nathaniel Stark)ATTRIBUTE. DataTYPE. Beast✂ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - PERSONALITY. Lopmon has a very tricky personality. She loves to play and have fun, leading her to enjoy spending time with imaginative children, though with serious children and gloomy adults, she can't find many ways to have fun. Surprisingly, she isn't very imaginative herself, so she often relies on the minds of others to come up with new, fun, and exciting activities. When lacking someone else to help her come up with such ideas, she will also attempt to be creative, but many of her own ideas are derived from past activities of her experiences.
In addition, Lopmon is very brave, or she would be if she had even a semblance of fear. She rushes into battle without thinking of the consequences and she rarely considers the possibility of being defeated by a stronger opponent. Fortunately, a trusted friend can easily talk her to her senses and prevent her from making self-destructive decisions.
Lopmon also has a strong sense of honor. When she makes a promise, she holds true to it no matter what. Unfortunately, as she digivolves to her latter forms, her senses of integrity and self begin to diminish; she becomes more monstrous. Despite this, she always remembers the bonds which she made as Lopmon and does not forget her old friends, despite the fact that she loses the ability to make new ones. No matter her form, she will not hurt a true friend. HISTORY. Lopmon's earliest memories take her back to a place known as Primary Village, or The Village of Beginnings in the Digital World. However, rather than her egg having been materialized there as it is for most Digimon, she was delivered by Angemon himself. Lopmon's egg was the end result of a long battle between a couple of Holy Knights and an evil Demon Lord-type monster known as Belphemon. In the end, Belphemon was defeated and he was reincarnated into Lopmon's egg.
Elecmon was asked by Angemon and some other Holy Digimon to watch Belphemon's egg, and when he did hatch and his reincarnation finally came to life, to raise him properly and set him on the correct path to justice. Ages went by. Days. Months. Years. Maybe even decades. But finally, Belphemon's reincarnation hatched into a young female Conomon.
At this point, Elecmon knew that he'd have to do everything in his power to raise Conomon to be a good digimon in order to prevent the uncontrollable beast known as Belphemon from ever coming back into existence once again. Elecmon pampered Conomon every day. He took extra care in making sure that she was healthy. It wasn't long before she was able to digivolve into Kokomon. She looked up to Elecmon as more than just a friend or mentor, but even as a parental figure.
Unfortunately, tragedy soon struck. Devimon attacked the primary village. His target was the young Kokomon, whom he wished to capture so that he could unlock her beast within and set her chaos and destruction upon the Digital World. Elecmon fought to protect his adoptive daughter with every ounce of his power, but he was not strong enough to defeat Devimon. Devimon kidnapped Kokomon and brought her to his lair.
Devimon enlightened Kokomon about all of the secrets which had been held from her for her entire. In her past life, she had been a monster. All of the other Digimon hated her. She had ruined many lives and killed many Digimon. She didn't want to believe it at first, but the more she thought about it, the more it began to make sense to her. Her previous life as an uncontrollable demon had made Elecmon fear her. That was why he was so nice!
Devimon soon made Kokomon believe that there was nothing she could do to change her fate. Regardless of what she did, she would grow up to become a mad demon which was incapable of fun and friendship. Devimon became Kokomon's new "father" and he planned to train his "daughter" to unlock the beast within.
In order to do this, he required her to do much training. On a daily basis, she was fighting Digimon more powerful than herself, particularly the Bakemon under his command. Kokomon eventually made her way to digivolving into Lopmon.
Before her training could advance far enough to forcefully make her Digivolve, however, A.I.R. attacked their home, aiming to attack and capture wild Digimon. There was utter chaos! Lopmon fought back the best she could, but ultimately ended up passing out in battle.
Lopmon awoke some days later... but none of her surroundings were familiar. There were many creatures around, but they weren't Digimon. They were roosters, horses, pigs, and cows. She had somehow made her way to a farm in the human world. What was more surprising was that she was now holding a little device (a digivice). She didn't know where it had come from, but she was determined to return it to it's rightful owner. Luckily, it seemed that the device had arrows which were guiding her toward something, presumably the owner of the device. She followed the arrows until she started narrowing in on wherever the device was leading her.
Lopmon could see that she was almost to the spot where she was supposed to go, but doing so required crossing the road. Before she made it to her target, a terrible accident occurred! She got hit by a car moving at nearly 60mph! Lopmon was wounded terribly, and she may have even faded away into Digidust if it wasn't for the courageous actions of Nathaniel Stark, a boy who had witnessed the terrifying crash. He saved her from becoming roadkill and nursed her back to health.
When Lopmon finally awoke, she was in Nathaniel's arms. The device laid on her stomach and oddly enough, the digivice's arrow and beeping had completely come to a halt. Perhaps it was destiny that the two of them met each other. Perhaps, it was a simple coincidence that the device had stopped beeping. No matter, from that day forward, she became indebted to Nathaniel and promised to protect him with her life.
How Lopmon got into the Human World, she didn't know, but it didn't matter. What she wanted to do from there was explore and make new friends! This was her brand new chance at life where no one would know about her terrible and horrible secrets, and she would get to explore her own future with her new friend, Nathaniel. ATTACKS. • tiny twister - lopmon generates a large tornado by spinning her ears quickly. she can become the tornado out or send the whirlwind at her opponent.
• bunny blast - lopmon spits out shots of superheated air. There are a few issues with this character.
First off, you seem to be trying to make this character seem like some sort of chosen one, or rather you aren't trying; you just have. By making such a big deal about her having been a Belphemon, more specifically the Belphemon of the 7 Demon Lords, you're making her seem more important than other wild digimon or just other digimon in general. Also having her become a Belphemon isn't that big of a deal, considering we already have two people with partners that become it.
Second Lopmon should not and cannot end up in the real world like that, as it states right in the rules that wild digimon do not have access to it. The only digimon that can access the human world are partner digimon granted they've met their partners and are traveling with them, or if they are affiliated with the Harvesters; also requested NPC wild digimon may gain access to real world but that is the exception.
You will need to change these elements and try to make your character not seem so important if you want her accepted.

She's Nathaniel Stark's partner. I was hoping to get to their partnering IC, but I can just do it from the start as to not breech your rule about Digimon in Human World. I forgot about how that rule would come into effect because I was planning a partnership the whole time. Sorry.
When I used the term Demon Lord, I did not mean it like part of a group. His type attribute is Demon Lord, which only means he's a strong virus in the world of season 1 and 2 (as opposed to season 5 where being a demon lord actually means something special about a group of 7, but that's an entirely different universe of Digimon).
I also did not mean that Lopmon's mega form was superior to any other Belphemon. All mega forms in the Digital World from season 1 and 2 are considered powerful considering such few reach the form. Her mega form is no more powerful than any other Mega. It's just the fact that she was able to achieve the form of Belphemon in her last life. This Belphemon is equal to all other megas, but is considered rare and powerful due to the fact that it is a mega.
I also do not intend Lopmon to be any more important than any other rookie. Her last life simply included her going on a rampage. A couple of holy Digimon defeated her (Angemon and an unspecified partner, which could easily be an ultimate, such as Angewomon).
The reason for taking Lopmon's egg to Primary Village himself was simply because Angemon, being a caring and pure Digimon wouldn't wish Lopmon to lose control again. He would do the same likely for any evil Digimon he vanquished. Additionally, I'm not saying that Angemon is particularly special either. There are a number of them, just as there are a number of Devimon. A Devimon took interest simply because he knew that she would become wild as she digivolved and he thought he could tame her to working for him.
The key struggle I'm aiming for here is for Lopmon to try to balance herself between being a good partner for Nathaniel and maintaining her sanity (as when she digivolves, she becomes more virus-like, which I plan to play-out through her personality).
You do not need to feel that I think my character is powerful or special (or at least more special than any other RPC), because I don't. She's just trying to live a life of fun and games and to be a good friend for Nathaniel Stark.
I edited for the partnership as well.
And even if you disagree, feel free to hold to your points as already stated. However, I am not only trying to get you to reconsider by looking at this through a bit of a different lens, but I'm also simply trying to explain my thought processing through this. I'm not trying to start an argument. I feel that you may have gotten the impression that I am going out of my way to make a character better or stronger than everyone else (which would be pretty n00bish), which I am not. I want her a bit unique, such as this personality split and the dark past which she is hiding, but those in no way make her any greater than anyone else's RPC.

Okay well it just seemed to come across like you were trying to make her more important, but now that you've said you're not it is my perception of how this was written that is at fault. For that, I apologize.
The only thing still at odds with me is that she ends up in the human world with no explanation as to why really, she's just... Suddenly there. There's also the fact that as previously stated wild digimon played like this do not have access to the real world to start with. There's also the fact that Nate isn't a digidestined but rather just a civilian who stumbled upon Lopmon; if they were partners then there should be a mention of a digivice or something somewhere. A partner digimon ending up in the human world to get to their partner isn't hard to believe, but just randomly appearing in a field somewhere is.

Alright, I reworked all of that. I hope it's better now. I tried to stick with the fate/destiny theme of season 1&2, but I'm not sure if it's still a little iffy there.
Also, since Nathaniel and I are starting off as partners, I'm not sure if I should go ahead and wait for him before saying it's complete. xD

Okay it looks good and makes a lot of sense now that Lopmon came to the human world with purpose. Thanks for listening and everything and sorry if I came across as too harsh or anything. ;o;
I can accept this now or it can just wait until Nate's app is done, whichever you'd prefer.

Your review was fine and much-understood.
I'll wait for Nate to get approved just in case I have to make some changes or he doesn't like something. At least until I talk to him again. Thanks!
If I do end up making changes, I'll let you know what they are.
