Well then, it seemed as though these two either did not know each other, did not like each other, or liked each other to the point where they could joke around that harshly and not be hurt by it. Bukamon, however, leaned away from the latter idea in favor of the first two. Gosh did the partners even get along with each other? The one's fingers were bleeding, she noticed. Well there are all kinds. She had not realized that partners could get along so badly. I really do hope they get along soon, though, she thought to herself. It must really be stressful to have a partner whom you disliked so much.
She smiled, though, at the returned greetings. Great! They both seemed pretty non-reluctant with returning the exchange, she figured that they were hitting off to a good start.
Oh wow, look at that! Bukamon's eyes practically sparkled in her head. Evan was being a bit of an ass, but he totally was not being a complete and total prick! She hugged at his arm, grinning like a maniac up at him for a moment before she was distracted. Someone else ran up out of nowhere and introduced themselves like they knew they would be there, at least that was how she interpreted this.
She tilted her head and her eyes swept the area. There really was nothing different about this spot. It was not even cleared out more than the rest, it was just as full of trees as any other part of the woods. So why had so many been suddenly able to find themselves in the same place? This had to be on purpose. Not her and Evan, though, that was impossible. She had no idea they were all here prior to them meeting.
"Is this some kind of get-together you all planned or something?" Bukamon asked, addressing the other six. "Are we interrupting something?"
((OOC: I feel like a jerk for asking this, but is it okay if Takaishi posts next post AFTER Bukamon? <=D I just feel more comfortable keeping Evan and Bukamon's posts back to back since they're partners, if that's okay OTL <3 ))

He'd been about to make some sort of reply to Evan when the small Wanyamon bumped into Cade, followed by her partner. Who then proceeded to talk about kicking the Wanyamon as if it was perfectly acceptable, an everyday occurrence. Just... what?! Jenner hated Tsukaimon, but he'd never kick her!
That was just.. Jenner wanted to walk right over and punch the kid. But he had better self-control than that (while sober, anyway). He did, however, make a mental note to tell Oz of this. The boy loved digimon and certainly wouldn't be pleased to hear that one was being abused as harshly as it was.
For now, however, Jenner would hold his tongue and act friendly towards the newest arrival in the hopes that he'd be able to collect a sample. Multiple samples. Was he actually surrounded by digidestined? He was skeptical of this idea, but nevertheless maintained a quiet hope. Other than Cade, he had no idea of anyone's rank.
He glanced down at Tsukaimon again, trying to gauge whether she'd start mouthing off once he let her go. He couldn't be certain, however, and kept his arms wrapped around the impish digimon. He couldn't afford to make bad impressions. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Haru. I'm Jenner, and this is Tsukaimon." His voice was silk, a liar's voice.
Tsukaimon could tell that her partner disliked the newest arrival to the group almost as much as she did, and didn't make any move to appear hostile. This was possibly the first time Jenner and Tsukaimon had ever agreed on something--what an accomplishment! Unlikely partners, brought together by mutual dislike. It was like a storybook for jaded adults.

Really Cade would have responded to Evan, but as it was he was far too distracted by the fact that a digimon had run into his leg... And the Wanyamon's partner had given them permission to kick it. Just... Who on earth even gives someone permission to do something like that, it was like telling someone it was okay to kick a puppy. It really bothered him to think that someone would actually kick a digimon; these creatures had a voice and thoughts, and they could get hurt just like them. He immediately began to wonder what kind of person Hatsuharu was, unintentionally giving him a faintly scathing look.
Veemon wasn't at all happy with this turn of events either, and immediately waddled over to Wanyamon to make absolutely sure the little in-training was fine... Then decided to give Hatsuharu an ear full of her opinion on the whole kicking thing. "HEY, what's your problem?! What kind of nutcase goes around kicking a little digimon around!?" Her voice had raised to a shout and she was glaring daggers at the boy, something that didn't seem to faze Cade at all. If anything the young man had expected it, though when he spoke he seemed to be trying to act like he didn't agree. "Sorry about that, Veemon's pretty outspoken... I'm Cade by the way. His voice had sounded a little flat as he spoke, but not angry or put off.
The blue dragon knew well enough that her partner was in agreement with her on how to feel about Hatsuharu, not believing the other's apology for a second. Veemon looked to Wanyamon after a moment, putting her hands on her hips and looking down at the in training almost like a scolding mother. "Do everyone a favor and don't let him kick you around anymore okay? It's not right." She told the other digimon, giving Hatsuharu another little glare before going back to Cade's side. He gave a rather faint laugh for whatever reason, amused somehow by how bold his partner had just been.
Finally the young man directed his attention back to Evan and Bukamon, deciding it was about time he responded to them. "No, we don't know each other. This is just a weird coincidence. As for how loud we were talking... Well I was being pretty quiet before he got here." He sort of gestured towards Jenner a little with the last of his sentence, before going and placing both hands in his sweatshirt pocket. Cade was really starting to wish he and Veemon had never come in here, not because of everything that hand happened but instead... The reason was he still simply hated how damp it was here. He knew it'd be rude to leave now in the middle of talking to everyone though, so he figured he would just have to wait.
And so the longest conversation of his life truly began with this decision.

Evan returned Bukamon's grin in full, as always (at least within the time knowing her), and without really knowing why, appreciating her company. It was almost like having a sort of partner in crime, even though she would hardy ever join him in some of the things he did. Perhaps it was the fact she didn't seem to get overly pissed when he acted like the ass he knew he was. That was always a rare thing, and as she clung onto his arm, he reached out and gently gave her a little friendly noogie, and he had been about to say something when the new arrivals appeared on the scene. Hardly as astute when it came to the visual as Bukamon was, or at least was currently being, Evan had failed to notice any sort of lacerated fingers or the fast approach of yet another digimon until it ran headlong into to the guy that had introduced himself as Cade's leg.
In fact he was almost surprised that she hadn't knocked Cade over (something he would have been greatly amused to witness), and instead of saying something, in regards to the situation, he merely watched in surprised fascination. His own temporary silence was seemingly shared by all the others present, save for the newly arrived digimon, and now, another boy who seemed to be trying to catch up in a very similar manner to what he had just gone through with Bukamon, though admittedly slightly more graceful. At least until he opened his mouth. Immediately the atmosphere of the situation seemed to drop by about ten degrees as all, save for himself, shot the newcomer some rather scathing looks. Evan just stayed where he was for the moment, his previously pleased smile now tightened into one of irritation. While first impressions were usually important upon judging a person's character, Evan decided to withhold full judgment of the new guy just yet, even if what he had said was cruel if he had actually meant it. And if he had..well then, New Guy would have a very pissed off Evan to deal with. He did not condone physical violence, but when it was against someone who had, from what he had seen, not been deserving it at all, then he did have an problem with it. Aside from that, what he was actually more peeved about right now was the fact that the guy had taken all attention off himself; something he had been enjoying for the minute amount of time that had passed. So New Guy had already failed to make an sort of decent impression on him at all thus far. Ah well..it had been fun while it lasted and wasn't going to lament about it for too long. It would be a horrible waste of time and thought space in any case.
Peeling himself off the tree he had been resting against, and allowing Bukamon to remain attached to his arm if she so desired, he moved forward to merge himself in with the group, if not to be a little less off to the side then he had previously been. Plus he wanted to add his two cents in to what had already been said just in case New Guy hadn't been kidding around. True his partner now seemed to be comfortably snuggling onto him like nothing was wrong, he didn't care. His expression had changed yet again now as he faced New Guy and his digimon, though it was anything but a friendly one.
"Oi wont say wut they already did..waste of time if you osk meh, yeah? But if you did mean wut you said..oi will kick you just to see how you ****ing loike it. Got it?" He shot a nasty grin at the guy, then a genuinely more friendly one at the Wanyamon wrapped about his neck.
People really pissed him off sometimes. And yet for whatever reason he continued to deliberately seek them out.
Maybe next time it would be better to stick with just Bukamon and save other people and himself from this sort of thing. But then again, where was the fun in that?

Bukamon let out a little whine at the noogie, twisting her head to the side but ultimately mooshing her face against his arm. She could not help but giggle, however, until she realized where her face was. She jerked it away. No need to be that cuddly.
She became a little worried at everyone's reactions. She had sincerely hoped that the new person was joking around, until the kick connected with the fellow digimon. She let out a sharp yelp at that but otherwise stayed quiet. Her head ducked down.
Her friend was not the kind of person anyone would call kind. He was rude and loudmouthed. He constantly swore and loved making people angry. He was ridiculous! Despite all of this, he never laid a hand on her aggressively.
"Two wrongs don't make a right," she muttered lamely to her friend in response to his statement, not really putting any emphasis on it.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Haru. I'm Jenner, and this is Tsukaimon."
Haru nodded to Jenner. "The pleasure is all mine. I'm always interested to meet new people, and their digimon." He said, hoping Wanyamon would say something too. After all it was her fault he was in this mess anyways. Next time he would have to put her on some kind of leash or something, so she wouldn't run of and cause trouble.
Wanyamon purred happily at Jenner ans Tsukaimon. "Hi! Nice to meet you!" she mewed to Jenner. "You are such a beautiful digimon!" she exclaimed, having turned her attention to Tsukaimon. "I wish i was a pretty color like that!" She jumped onto the ground and bounced around gleefully. She loved meeting new digimon. She loved everything.
Haru caught Cade's scathing look and gave a surprised start. What had he done something wrong? All he had done was introduce himself and his digimon. He gave a temperamental huff. What was this guys problem? Normally you don't glare at people who you just met. Whatever. This guy seemed weird anyways.
"HEY, what's your problem?! What kind of nutcase goes around kicking a little digimon around!?"
Oh. That's why the guy was angry. He almost laughed aloud, though barely managed to suppress it. It was because he kicked Wanyamon. His little in-training digimon looked up at him with a confused expression, although she let the other digimon take a look at her. He gave her a wink. She gave a slight nod back. He had given her permission to do as she liked. "Well she doesn't seem to care, so why should you? If she didn't like it she would say something."
"Do everyone a favor and don't let him kick you around anymore okay? It's not right."
Wanyamon's eyes widened. She cocked her head to the side. "Is that wrong?" she asked, confused. Her master had always done that kind of thing. "Master always does that. Why would it be wrong?" she mewled curiously. This day just got more and more confusing.
"Sorry about that, Veemon's pretty outspoken... I'm Cade by the way."
Haru smiled at him. "oh, no worries. I don't mind. Although i don't get talked back to very often with this fuzz ball" He glanced at Wanyamon. "So anyways, why are you all standing around here? I hope you don't mind the intrusion, I couldn't see where I was going in the fog after Wanyamon left."
"Oi wont say wut they already did..waste of time if you osk meh, yeah? But if you did mean wut you said..oi will kick you just to see how you ****ing loike it. Got it?"
Haru was having a very hard time understanding what this guy had just said. He did get the gist of it though. He didn't like the look the guy gave him. Or the one he gave Wanyamon, even if it was friendlier than the one he gave him. Haru gave him an irritated look "Of course I didn't mean it, the only one who can do that is me. And besides, she's mine anyways so why would you care? If she doesn't mind, then why should you? What's your name anyways?" he sighed. It was so annoying having to deal with people.

"The pleasure is all mine. I'm always interested to meet new people, and their digimon."Always a pleasure to meet new digimon, huh? Just not your own, right? Jenner itched so badly to teach this kid a lesson, but he wasn't sure how well it would be received by the others in the clearing. Then again, he wasn't sure he cared. Who would.... Haru. Haru, Haru, he knew the name from somewhere. It sounded Japanese, and it sounded short for something. Haru. Ha... Hatsuharu. Oh crap, this was Takaishi Hatsuharu. Chosen Heir. Jenner had a file on the boy at home, as he had files on all the Chosen Heirs.
Wait.. was this even a bad thing? No! It was a jackpot! Chosen Heir DNA was worth more than any other type. Now all he had to do was get some. It wouldn't be too hard and he certainly wouldn't feel bad about it, considering how awfully the Wanyamon was being treated. Justifying this to himself wouldn't be the problem here.. justifying it to everyone else would. But considering that they seemed to dislike the boy as much as he did... it was worth a try.
Jenner carefully let go of Tsukaimon, wincing as his fingers started to bleed again, but he ignored that pain and, picking up the tools he'd need to collect a sample from Hatsuharu, readied the Digital Hack Code he was about to use. "BLACK MIND!" And suddenly he wasn't there, all that remained was a small shimmer in the shadows where his feet had stood moments ago.
That shimmer moved swiftly and purposefully towards Hatsuharu, remaining in the shadow so conveniently placed by the trees and the mist. The shadow Jenner moved close to one of the Chosen Heir's arms and, if the boy didn't move, pricked the arm with a needle.
Tsukaimon wasn't alarmed, having seen Jenner use this neat trick before--if only to sneak some alcohol into the AIR camp. She even guessed the purpose of using such a trick, but did nothing to help or hinder it. She simply hovered where Jenner had let go of her, smirking and hoping that the Hatsuharu boy got what was coming to him.

Cade found it a little funny that they, all near perfect strangers, could all come together and agree on the idea that Hatsuharu was kind of a jerk. Well he really didn't see how they couldn't, given the boy's entrance and basically starting off his greeting with an invitation to take a kick at Wanyamon. The idea still really bothered the young man, as it really did not sit well with him... It didn't seem right for someone to have a digimon if that's what they were going to do to them. He couldn't stop thinking about it either really, especially not with how the in training had reacted to Veemon's request not to let Hatsuharu kick her around anymore.
What the chosen heir had said bothered him too."Well she doesn't seem to care, so why should you? If she didn't like it she would say something."Cade refrained from saying what he thought on that subject, that Wanyamon didn't seem to understand it was wrong... To her it probably just seemed normal, something that caused him to feel more bothered. He knew Veemon would probably end up yelling at them again given the new bit of fuel she'd been given with these replies, the little blue dragon still glaring at Hatsuharu with unrestrained and blatant dislike. The rookie may not really be tied to her partner by fate like Wanyamon was to Hatsuharu, but in her mind she and Cade still made for better partners than them... Almost like the chosen heir should be the one with the fake digivice instead of the young man she stood by. She frowned faintly, but only for a moment as she quickly remembered she was to deal out yet another scolding even though Evan had sort of already.
"Even if she doesn't seem to mind that doesn't make it right! What part of kicking her even seems right?!" Veemon yelled, stepping forward from her place beside Cade a little as if to reinforce her words somehow. Really this boy infuriated her, set off every fuse she had... The rookie didn't think anyone she'd ever meet could make her so mad. The people who had captured her had made her pretty mad yes, and the white-hair man who had called her flawed the day Cade had bought her had too, but Hatsuharu was more successful than anyone so far. If she wasn't so busy seething the little dragon might have been impressed, even if it was bitter and seemingly misplaced.
Cade was far less hot-headed than her partner, and was mostly calm and collected... Especially when compared to his partner, who's thoughts were currently a disorganized cloud of anger. Yes the twenty-four year old was indeed upset and agreed with Veemon, but he wasn't quite mad enough to spew an equality speech at Hatsuharu at the moment. Besides he very much doubted the youth would even listen, seeming stuck in his ways according to the Hollow One. It seemed like a useless gesture, even if it was good-natured and in an attempt to gain better treatment for Wanyamon; the little digimon didn't seem like she could be made to understand how wrong the abuse was, to the point of not even seeing it as abuse."BLACK MIND!"Cade had been so lost in his thoughts that he hadn't noticed anything Jenner was doing, and when his voice rang out in the form of the name of a digimon's attack he blinked and looked around. Veemon found herself quite surprised too, all at once her rage towards the chosen heir going dormant like a volcano as her eyes searched around for the light-haired man. She swore... If she listened hard enough... She could hear footsteps, though she couldn't see who she believed they belonged to. The rookie looked up at her partner in confusion, as if asking if he could see or hear anything.
In all honesty he could hear with how deathly silent this place was, blinking as he realized where he believed the footsteps were going... And shortly after realizing that whatever was going to happen, he had no notions of stopping it. If something was going to happen to Hatsuharu the boy probably deserved it, the dark spore in his neck pulsing faintly as Cade stood idly by. It was pleased by these dark thoughts its owner was currently having, of any and all that the young man had during this entire conversation. It was the cause, the root of every single one after all; every negative thought and dark emotion was its doing, and the boy had no idea that the thing even existed.
All Cade would do for now was stand there and play the part of the confused bystander, as he asked "Where'd that guy go?".

In all honesty Evan would have liked to hit the kid right then and there, no matter what Bukamon thought. Hatsuharu's response had only made his ill feelings toward him intensify, and it took all his willpower to prevent himself from doing so. Sure he knew that he was an asshole, but there was no way he'd ever think that it was okay to harm Bukamon and talk so casually about it afterward. They were partners, and dare he say it? Perhaps even friends. To him it seemed like Hatsuharu’s digimon partner did indeed seem to like him, and even seemed to be defending him, so he could see no reason why she would deserve mistreatment. No. It was the human partner that deserved it. It seemed everyone else actually shared his sentiments, or at least some of them for once as well; something he didn’t encounter often, but the thought pleased him. Waiting until the boy finished talking, he shook his head, almost appearing pitying even though what he felt was far from it.
“You probably should stop talking...You’re digging yourself deeper into a hole every bloody toime you open your mouth.” Reaching out to give the guy a mock pat on the cheek, he stepped back and stood beside Bukamon before he did anything stupid, the somewhat twisted, unamused smile back in place. Not that he normally cared what they’d think, but there were a load of digimon present, and he couldn’t be sure at all how Hatsuharu’s partner might react if he tried anything beyond verbal threats. Plus Bukamon would most likely be severely unimpressed with him, and he really did not want to hear anything about it later. He shot a sidelong glance at her, arms folded tight against his chest, as for once he did...absolutely nothing. In any case, the Veemon had started yelling too, taking over for him instead (as he saw it), which was an enjoyable spectacle he had to try hard not to laugh at. “Happy, Buk? Oi told you oi do have a bit of self control.” Not much though, and he knew the subject would have to change soon in order for him to latch onto a new topic.
It came unexpectedly, as he had been focusing on the kid, Veemon and Bukamon. The older blond guy had been off his radar for a short while, and it was only when a voice that bore two words only sounded out through the air, that he realized the other guy had gone. Missing, Vanished. Kaput. Whirling around in almost a perfect, accidental pirouette (other than the fact it was on his heel) he scoped the area...nothing. “Where the fuck...?” he asked, not to anyone in particular, despite Cade having just asked the same thing, abet in a more socially acceptable manner. He was certain he had only just seen Jenner in his peripheral vision, even if he had only been something casually noted in his mind. He was sure the disappearance had something to do with the spoken words however; he wasn’t so ignorant he couldn’t put two and two together. Unlike Cade however, he did not notice the faint shimmer, not thinking at all to look down for even a second.

“Happy, Buk?" the little digimon rubbed her fins together a bit as she looked up at her speaking partner. "Oi told you oi do have a bit of self control.” She gave him a smile. She actually was incredibly impressed. She saw so many open windows of insulting opportunities that he had shut. Oh so many. But instead of doing what he normally did, he stepped back. Of course the Veemon, as she saw it this way too, took the place as the one who was going to be hot-headed about this. Not that Evan could really ever be called hot-headed.
Being more observant than the others, it seemed, she actually caught sight of the eldest as he disappeared into the shadows. Her mouth dropped open. There was a familiar tinge of energy in the act. That was a digimon attack! How did that human learn a digimon attack like that? Unless....
That man was a digimon in disguise!!
Her pitiful little fins gripped as best as they could at Evan's hand and she tugged backward. "Evan, we should leave now...!" She had no idea why that digimon was disguised as a human, nor did she have any clue why it was turning invisible to sneak around. She did know, however, that when digital attacks like that were activated, they did not usually mean something good.
A pang of guilt hit her. That digimon was sneaking around and all she wanted to do was run from it. But she was small, afraid, and had no idea where he was. She had no idea how else to protect her partner than to get him away.

"Even if she doesn't seem to mind that doesn't make it right! What part of kicking her even seems right?!"
Haru glared back at Veemon. "What part of kicking her is wrong? She's just data. It's not like she has her own thoughts and feelings." He glanced at her and she tilted her head. She didn't quite understand what he said, but she decided that if he said it, then it must be right! She nodded at him, not knowing she had just agreed that she was nothing.
“You probably should stop talking...You’re digging yourself deeper into a hole every bloody toime you open your mouth.”
"You know I honestly have to say I find it very hard to understand what your saying. Although I guess it could be worse. You could be like me, i da govoryat na razlichen ezik." He grinned again. He was really enjoying messing with these people.
"BLACK MIND!"
Haru blinked. Jenner disappeared. He looked around. He didn't see anything. He looked at Wanyamon. She saw his confused look and started hopping towards him. Just as Jenner was about to prick his arm, Haru bent down and picked up Wanyamon. He glanced around again. He tried to be a bit more cautious. But in doing so he left his arm exposed.
{ooc: notes: The first try missed, but Jenner can try again get a sample this time if you want to Devil.}

This was probably a mistake, being so dauntless and uncaring of consequence when so many kids and their digimon were around, but he didn't care. That kid, that Hatsuharu, was just.. so... idiotic! Not to mention a walking contradiction. Where the hell had a pure-Japanese boy learned to speak a different language? He knew they taught English in most Japanese schools, but whatever Haru had spoken sounded vaguely Slavic. Either Jenner had been lax in his surveillance of that particular chosen heir or something really weird was going on. Knowing his luck, probably both.
He silently vowed never to have kids (though knowing his distrust of women that was never really an option to begin with), just in case they wound up anything like that cruel blonde boy he was about to take a sample from. Speaking of, why the hell was he blonde? Unless there was something Jenner completely misunderstood about biology, Asians carried genes for dark hair. Was the kid dying it or something? Not that Jenner would be shocked, seeing what he did to his own hair, but it was a bit odd. Everything about the kid was odd, off, wrong, like a portrait imperfectly hung. And there wasn't a helping hand in the world who could set this painting right, not from what Jenner could tell.
He ignored the commotion he'd left in his wake and cursed himself for nearly missing his second chance--how perfect was that, the kid just stuck his arm out there! ..to pick up his digimon. Wait a second, what the hell? Haru'd shown all signs of hating the thing... yet he bent down and picked it up with all the gentleness in the world. Could the brat be any less consistent?
Jenner would note this unpredictability in the child's file once he got home, but now it was time to work. He leaned in and, quick as a flash, pricked Hatsuharu's arm and drew a small amount of the valuable blood before backing away, sneaking deeper into the shadows. He made his way quietly to a spot a few feet away from the others and just settled in to watch the aftermath, leaving Tsukaimon hovering in the air with a smirk on her face. He fervently hoped he had enough energy to extend the time limit of the hack code.

"Evan, we should leave now...!"Cade figured he could sort of understand why Gomamon seemed to eager to leave with her partner, given how odd things were going as of now. Jenner had proven himself to be a man of questionable motives since he had no idea what the A.I.R member's job was exactly, and with blank spots left in what one could call an application as to what Cade considered to be nonthreatening... The young man was understandably uncomfortable. Instead of wanting to leave however he merely wanted to come to understand the light haired man so fear or any discomfort would not be necessary; after all, humans automatically seemed to fear that which they did not understand and he was no different. As a result it was then he decided he and his partner would not be leaving just yet, even though he wasn't entirely sure if he was in danger or not; he would just have to wait and see he supposed.
Veemon on the other hand was more unnerved and unwilling to stay there in the mist, but she wasn't about to speak up about it and ask to leave. Cade didn't seem all that shaken up by what was going on so neither could she, as she wasn't about to seem like a coward compared to 'Tubby'. However she did step a little closer to her fake partner, not even seeming to care for Haru's comments anymore at this point since she was starting to see any confrontation with him as totally pointless. It was blatantly obvious to the little blue dragon by now that the blonde boy could not be swayed to think that his treatment of Wanyamon was wrong, and the little in training didn't seem to see the issue with it either; It still made the rookie burn with anger to think that a digimon had been born specifically for this person, only to be disliked and kicked around.
Here Veemon was, not even having been meant for a partner and instead caught and bought up by some stranger, and yet she and Cade had a better bond than them. The blue dragon snorted in frustration as her thoughts continued on in this way, absently leaning on the young man's leg a little as if it would help calm the anger welling up within her. He blinked and looked down towards her despite what was going on around them, wondering what had brought this on... He really didn't have any clues, given that the rookie hadn't done this before. Cade soon decided that he would go back to thinking about it later though, once they were home and they didn't have a potential threat to deal with; there was a nagging feeling in the back of his head that told him that at least he'd be fine though.
Whatever it was that made Cade think this way was unknown to him, but it was honestly the only thing keeping him from loosing his presently calm composure. His eyes unknowingly drifted to where he believed Jenner to be, however at the same time it could just be taken as him watching as Hatsuharu contradicted his won behavior and gently picked Wanyamon up... He was proving to be very peculiar, with this alongside the random Bulgarian words. The unpredictability the boy had was a little bothersome considering Cade wasn't exactly taken by the unexpected, as not being able to at least make some attempt at predicting what could occur next made him nervous. Like Jenner disappearing, he definitely had no thoughts on that happening... After all, how could he? People didn't just suddenly disappear like that.
This entire situation was proving to be quite hard to predict and it was making Cade all the more partial to leaving but... Even so he stayed put, trying to keep his eyes from following the footsteps he could hear heading away from the blonde chosen heir. For the moment he was wondering if he should try to seem more involved in the situation by still seeming shocked, however his expression had long since abandoned the emotion. The young man's eyes drifted to Tsukaimon and he noted the smirk, a question leaving his mouth before he could barely think it through. "You know what's going on don't you?" He said to the flying rookie, feeling some very faint surprise as Veemon didn't speak up along with him... Figuring that maybe for once she was actually going to let him handle something all by himself.

He couldn't help it. It may not have been the most creative thing to do, nor the wittiest, but Evan had multiple things on his mind, not to mention one of their group was still missing. The boy, Hatsuharu was hardly worth his efforts right now anyway, for there had to at least be something he found appealing about them in order for him to bother them, and as of right now he honestly wasn't finding much. Perhaps in a different situation it would have been easier, but right now he wasn't feeling up to it. So he did the next best, and not to mention very lazy thing. Focusing his attention on Buk, who clearly looked concerned, he flipped his middle finger upwards at the boy over his shoulder, who had both insulted his accent and proceeded to say something in a language he couldn't even identify. Not that he felt insulted, he often mocked his own accent for fun, but coming from this boy, it seemed somewhat obnoxious.
"Go? Woy? Because the old guy went all Houdini on us?" he glanced around again, finally lowering his hand; had she seen what had happened to the guy that had vanished? Even if she had and things were indeed dangerous, would it be a good thing to separate themselves from the group? They had already been tramping around the place for hours previously, and he was finally beginning to realize just how wet and sticky he was beginning to feel thanks to the atmosphere. Honestly, despite his enthusiasm before, he did not feel like spending countless more hours in this wet haze, and it was likely there was a better chance of leaving eventually too if they remained here. He couldn't even think straight either; honestly what had happened to the witty remark he would have normally made against the blond boy? Not to mention it was a little unnerving that someone had just vanished, and didn't personally like the idea of possibly vanishing himself. What a tragedy that would be...whatever would people do without him? He could thus understand Bukamon's desire to leave, but he did think it best to stay where there were others about, if not only for protection in case Buk was right and there was an actual threat. Not that he thought there was. After all, neither of the other two, nor their digimon partners seemed to be reacting all that much to the situation in any case.
"...we'll be fine..they're not even worried, look." He gestured to the remaining pair and their digimon, who were still just standing around, the one with the poofy hair looking downright calm, who was, like him, currently saying something to his digimon partner. Because he had yet to have said much, if anything at all to Cade, he took a huge, almost dramatic sidestep in Cade's direction, both because he didn't want to be alone in an empty space, and because Cade looked so lonely over there alone. Well, not really, he had his digimon and all, and PROBABLY would have preferred he not come over, but since when did Evan ever care about little details like that? "Sooo, Fuzzy..and friend.." he paused, looking delightfully thoughtful, momentarily forgetting the situation and shot a grin at Cade. "That there remoinds me of one of those kids telly show titles. If you goise ever get the urge, copyroit, Evan R."Pausing again, he paused again, looking a good deal more amused now then he had been since the appearance of Hatsuharu. The small momsnt where he had managed to relax a little back into his normal way of interacting with others was a small relief, but he also knew there was a potential problem here, and it was worrying Buk. "But yeah, that's not what oi was going to say. I was going to say..any oi'dea what the bloody hell happened to the other goi?" Not the most elegant way of putting it, that was for sure, but he really didn't give a crap. He just wanted to know what Cade thought, and why he didn't seem all that perturbed by it at all. [atrb=border,0,true] | [atrb=width,374px] "What's a Houdini, I didn't see him pull anything! Evan, he's dangerous. Pease!"
Bukamon deflated considerably at the skepticism her partner showed. He was not worried at all like she was. In fact... nobody was worried. What is this? The so-called 'man' had disappeared right in front of their eyes and he is not even being pondered about, it seems. They were just standing around. How come she was the only one who was worried?
She noticed that the one in the damp sweater was watching the ground rather intently. So was the digimon who was partnered with the so-called man. She tried to follow their gazes. It was difficult, she really could not see it from where she was, though. What it was that the two could see, she was left unable to catch.
"Evan..." she peeped softly, slumping. He made it very clear, though, that he was not worried like she was. She did not follow him to the other man. She was uncomfortable with him now. He had watched the ground and knew. Was he with that man-digimon? What was going on?
Holding her little fins out, she finally puffed up as much as she could and turned toward the Tsukaimon. "What's going on?" she barked as well as she could, the little in-training trying to seem tough before the rookie. Her partner may not think anything was going on, but she did! And she was not going to just sit back and play stupid if she was going to help it.
