Kazai gasped upon seeing her sister get slashed by the Digimon. The slashing had hit her square in the face as well. It made Kazai wonder if such marks would ever heal, however, their father did have some special formulas which could help scars heal. He was a rather amazing medic after all. And right now, Kazai didn't even have time to worry about such trivial things as scarring. There was a mad Digimon here attempting to kill the four of them.
And to make things worse, it didn't seem like DemiVeemon's attacks were doing that much to stunt the Vilemon's fighting abilities. It had been knocked out of the air and back onto the ground, yes, but that wasn't enough to put an end to the battle, was it? Not nearly. They'd have to defeat this Digimon. It seemed so evil. She had never met anything like it before. Pure evil. Pure hatred.
"Why are you fighting us?!" Kazai would shout to the Vilemon. She wanted to end this fight before anyone, especially herself, had a chance to get hurt. Her sister had already taken a violent attack. DemiMeramon, however, remained in front of Kazai and still wore that look of determination upon her face.
"He doesn't seem to be the talking type," DemiMeramon answered Kazai. She'd then duck lower to narrowly avoid the scythe attack. Considering DemiMeramon was focused on the battle and the attack was so wild and much closer to Misaka and DemiVeemon, it wasn't particularly hard to avoid.
"But why? What did we do to you, Vilemon?!" Kazai entreated him again.

DemiVeemon continued to struggle with the creature, feeling his head getting scratched deeper and deeper as they spun around in the air. Nothing he seemed to be doing was working, and all his attack had done was cause the Vilemon to start flying around in a frenzy. But even with this in mind, the small digimon didn't want to give up. The monster had gone and hurt the first person that had been kind to him. The girl hadn't done anything wrong, and yet this monster had gone and attacked his friends for no reason. It was a jerk, pure and simple.
I...I won't quit...I have to save everyone....I have to...
As the two monsters seemed to continue to fight in the sky, Misaka was slowly starting to come back to her senses. Her face hurt. Every part of her body felt numb. But her awareness was spot on. Enough so that she could move herself out of the way as a dart of energy flew downwards towards her. Rolling along side her bed, Misaka sat up upon her knees, hand held over her bleeding face as she saw the battle between the two struggling creatures occurring overhead. Watching the small dragon continue it's efforts to take down the gremlin, the young girl shook her head before shouting towards it with a concerned expression.
"DemiVeemon! You have to let go!!"
The digimon opened one eye to look down towards the girl, but he continued to hold on in till he was struck by one of the energized attacks, sending him flying backwards towards the wall. As Misaka watched this in horror, she felt something pull at her that she hadn't felt in a long time.
"DemiVeemon!!"
As she screamed, a glowing light emitted from her bedside drawer. The light seemed to transfer over to the descending creature, causing it to glow along with it. Lifting her arm up to keep herself from being blinded, Misaka vision began to become clearer as something seemed to have changed within moments. Soon, the area returned to it's normal state, but there appeared to have been something that had become different.
A creature now stood beside the wall, much larger than DemiVeemon, but it looked remarkably similar. Standing up to get a better look, the creature looked towards the Vilemon and grit it's teeth before pointing towards it.
"Alright! New game! It's the one where I kick your butt!!"

VILEMON. the SHEPHERD.
[/sup][/center] Oh mon, this was rich. The human was actually asking him why he was fighting them. As though he would hunker down and justify himself. As though she would justify herself to every fly she swat or cow she ate. He did decide to honor her with some acknowledgement, however. If it could be called honor. He flipped her off and sent some hawked-up spit her way.
Vilemon winced and scurried back a bit at the sudden flashes of light. He directed his gaze toward the other girl and her digimon. He could feel the surge of energy entering the creature, but from what source? The drawer. He huffed and backed off a step, tilting his head. The evolution had cause dthe digimon to grow stronger. It was still not on the same level as he was, but the situation was a little different now. Unlike him, the other's leg was not throbbing.
"I gotta wonder," the digimon growled, "why it is that you slave under humans like this? A weakling and a snob, that does not sound fun at all." He recalled something he had seen earlier while he had been hidden within the room. "I wasn't even attacking you specifically, I was attacking the humans. She had raised her fist to strike you, you know. She didn't hit you, but it's obviously only a matter of time before she does." He jittered a bit, wanting to move.
It honestly baffled him, though. Why were these digimon subjecting themselves to this kind of treatment when they could be amazing instead? played by negative posts so far 5 bits £250 rewards transfer to... gertrude ooc notes; sorry this one took a bit, stress and all >.< should be fine now though! <3 [/blockquote]

"Why you little-," Kazai sneered once she saw that vile creature flip her off. She just wanted to destroy it with that, but with a deep breath, she was able to keep herself calm. She knew that the Digimon was pretty strong, so she wasn't going to let her guard down or attempt to rush recklessly. She was much smarter than that, and part of that was a discipline practiced in her martial arts class. Plus, Kazai really didn't want to risk getting hurt herself anyway.
In any case, what Kazai would pay the most attention to was the bright light which enveloped DemiVeemon causing it to grow larger and Digivolve. Of course, up until this point, Kazai had yet to witness Digivolution. She had assumed that the Digimon did get bigger, as they were babies. But so much at one time was a bit ridiculous. It didn't make sense to her on the biological level. Yes, Digimon were Digital monsters, and perhaps they didn't have to obey the laws of life in the Digital World. But one would think that things would be a bit different in the human world.
"He digivolved into Veemon," DemiMeramon explained to Kazai. The little Digimon smiled wildly. Maybe she wouldn't have to fight much after all. Veemon was a rookie Digimon, and he could most definitely handle the fighting now. Rookie vs Rookie. It was fair at this point.
"He's at the same level as Vilemon now."

Misaka wasn't sure exactly had happened. At one moment, the small dragon had been sent flying across the room, but then in a instant he was standing before her as a totally different creature. Just what had caused this change within him? Was it something she said? Or maybe it was just that time when he was supposed to grow up? As much as she wanted to ask her genius sister for her input, now just didn't seem like the time. But she would say one thing, DemiVeemon wasn't a cry baby anymore.
As Veemon listened to the Vilemon questions, the rookie digimon blinked before crossing his arms over his chest. The demon had a point. Why would they stay with humans as slaves? Especially since they were truly the most powerful? But then he remembered it wasn't slavery, it was a partnership. All the time he waited for her, wanting to sit beside Misa. Now he finally had his chance, and he didn't want anything to ruin it. She cared. The girl had proven it and he wouldn't be much of a friend if he didn't do the same.
"We're not slaves to the humans! They're our friends! Misa took care of me and I want to do the same for her. So even if you weren't attacking me, attacking my friends is a no go!"
Smirking as he got back into a fighting stance, the dragon digimon rushed forwards as he twirled his arm in a circle. Trying the close the distance between himself and Vilemon, Veemon then extended his spinning fist in an attempt to punch the demon digimon.
"You hurt Misa, so now you get it! Vee-Punch!!"

VILEMON. the SHEPHERD.
[/sup][/center] Vilemon's eyes widened. It was difficult to convince a delusional person to stop being delusional, but he had not realized that it would be this difficult! The idiot had even ignored him about the other sister having been oh so ready to attack him! Well with that, his pity for either digimon was destroyed and there was no longer any need for him to try to recruit them. No, the best they could be was sustenance for his ever-growing strength! Yes....
Of course, that would have to wait. Thanks to the sudden attack, he had not had time to dodge it. He tried jumping up out of the way, but all that earned him was a nice solid punch to the gut. A sharp yelp was forced from him and he went flying backwards. He stumbled into the wall and held at his tummy. This was not good, he had already lost a decent amount of energy, and here this little parasite was sucking up data like a glutton.
All because of that light.
Gritting his teeth, the injured digimon made a mad leap upward, heading toward the drawer where he had seen the stream of light hit the other. If he could get a hold of that, then he could get energy and strength just like Veemon did!
His movement through the air was clumsy and pained, favoring one side over the other.played by negative posts so far 6 bits £300 rewards transfer to... gertrude ooc notes; aksjdflkgjlksdjf[/blockquote]

"His level now is called Rookie," DemiMeramon explained further to Misaka and Kazai. Of course, Kazai knew little about what he was talking. So apparently Digimon did have different levels of strength, and it seemed that there was some type of algorithm and classification to their digivolutions. Kazai was beginning to understand that now.
"Ah. I see," Kazai verified. At this point, she knew that she could leave the rest of the fighting to Veemon. She wasn't needed. In fact, she couldn't do anything. If she kept trying to fight, she was sure she'd just get in Veemon's way or DemiMeramon would end up getting hurt.
"Veemon! He's going to the drawer!" DemiMeramon shouted to the Digimon."He's going after the digivice!"

Sliding to a stop after delivering his attack, the dragon smirked as he watched the creature go flying back. He hadn't believed that he would ever get this strong. But now he was standing as a rookie, all thanks to Misa. He didn't want to disappoint her, or anyone that he cared about. From now on, he would do his best to protect everyone. He wouldn't let anyone get hurt if he could help it. That was what Misa seemed to do, so he would do the same.
Though his attention was soon drawn back towards the small fireball as she stated something that caused great concern to appear over his face. The drawer, the object that held Misaka's digi-vice, the monster was moving towards it. Surprise became imprinted upon the Veemon's face as he began to dash towards the same direction as the Vilemon. He couldn't let him get it. Who knew what could happen if the creep got his dirty hands on it.
Misaka could hear the commotion going on around her, and at the mention of the digi-vice, she looked towards the drawer that was a mere few feet away from her. Her hand was still holding her face, still shaking from her previous attack from the monster. But even she could tell that Vilemon getting his hands on the device in her bedside dresser was bad. But could she really do anything about it? Fear seemed to hold her in place, like weights around her ankles. Though she managed to somehow launch herself towards her bed, rolling along it's surface as she open the drawer while falling on the other side.
"Kazai! Catch!"
Reaching inside the dresser, she pulled out the lightly shaded device and tossed it swiftly in the other girl's direction.

VILEMON. the SHEPHERD.
[/sup][/center] King Vilemon! That was what they would chant as he enslaved a human for the purpose of giving him strength through whatever it was that had glowed from the drawer. Sure it would suck to have to depend on a soft little smelly human for such strength, but he would take what he could get. He was not going to be picky. Unfortunately, he could not take and would not get, it seemed.
The little digimon let out a feral shriek. How in the name of NeoDevimon's left new-ripper did they know that that was what he was going for and get it out so quickly? Vilemon watched as the digivice sailed by him through the air. He jerked a bit to try to catch it, but did not change his course. He was furious at this point. The digivice was not his first target, though, it had not meant to be. It would have been a great bonus, there was no doubt about that.
Rather than change his course and risk going back toward Veemon, the angered creature continued on his path. Once more, he was headed straight for Misaka. He felt a jolt of glee when he realized she was holding her face. That girl deserved more pain! Especially for throwing that useful thing away to the other girl! Claws out and ready for slashing, he once more aimed for the poor girl's face.
Meanwhile, in the back of Vilemon's mind - the part of his mind that was not stupidly enraged like the rest of him - he began to consider calling it defeats and getting out of there.played by negative posts so far 7 bits £350 rewards transfer to... gertrude ooc notes; aksjdflkgjlksdjf[/blockquote]
