"Hey, it's no big deal. I'm not hurt, don't worry about it."
SnowAgumon patted his knee thankfully. "Thanks pal. I'm glad I did no damage. Sometimes I hurt someone by running into them, I usually get in trouble for it, so I'm happy your so nice. My friends say I'm too clumsy and talkative, but you don't think so do you?" She interrupted before she could get a reply, "and what are you doing in Toy Town? It's not safe right now. Too many baddies. Humans, even with digimon partners, are too vulnerable in a place like this. So I will help, yes I will, I will take you to the safest place in Toy Town. No baddies there, nope, nope." She blathered on.
"Annnd to answer your question, I thiiink we are."
SnowAgumon bounced happily hearing that. "Oh, good, good. I haven't seen any digidestined in a while. Oh, so sorry I forgot my manners!" She held out her hand to the human. "I am SnowAgumon, pleasure to meet your acquaintance. I'm what the digimon here call a digihelper. I help digidestined and their partners when they need help. So if you are in need of assistance, simply call for me." She told them proudly, her eyes gleaming joyfully.
None of the other digidestined or their partners had talked to her and she felt kind of downcast. Maybe she wasn't as smart and fun as she thought she was? She felt rather small and insignificant compared to these humans. She brightened up. They just hadn't gotten to know her yet! She would show them how fun and intelligent she was! She looked at the three humans in excitement, oh the fun she could have with them.
She was a bit put out that the gloomy human didn't say anything to her. He seemed upset by her appearance. SnowAgumon was tempted to play a trick on him, but she restrained herself. She figured he would take it amiss and get even more upset. She sighed, some humans just needed to learn how to lighten up. She preferred to be around the ones that knew how to have fun, like the one she bumped into.
SnowAgumon was shocked when the one eyed human suddenly burst into tears, saying something to his partner that SnowAgumon didn't quite catch. She wanted to comfort the human, but perhaps that would only upset him more. After all they had only just met, and being comforted by a strange reptile probably wouldn't help. so instead she stayed beside the human she had bumped into, deciding he was the safest and most likely to play with her.

At least everyone was focused on the newly-arrived digimon and he didn't have to talk. He almost wished... wait. Did that just.. Did Kale just..... he did, that annoying hippie just pushed up his bandana. He had blue eyes. Perry wanted to openly thank him, to run over there and hug him or something, but he remained where he was. He had an image to maintain, after all. But for a moment, everything was almost tolerable.
And then Flynn, the hero, great savior of all digimon, broke down crying with a undecipherable lamenting wail. Of all the luck.. Perry dealt with agitated people even worse than he dealt with ordinary people. All the things that made Toy Town seem so unbearable came flying back into mind--the creepy emptiness, the gigantic children's toys, and oh God the dust.. it was all he could do to keep still, a few shudders escaping his otherwise ironclad grip on his reactions. "Kyaromon, h-how do we get back home, I have things to do!" His voice had a strident quality to it and he almost seemed near tears himself.
Kyaromon had no idea how to handle this sort of situation. She'd never seen her partner so upset--but he'd never been around so many people in an unstructured environment before. There were no rules here, and the digimon suspected that the lawless quality of this land was one of the things that upset Perry the most. She would have comforted him aloud, but more noise, even from her, would certainly not do him any good at this point. As it was, the most she could do was gently nuzzle Perry's leg and think good thoughts toward him. It wasn't very effective.
Of all the places he could have gone today, of all the people he could have met, why did he have to meet someone with an eyepatch, who cried for no visible reason? He resisted the urge to pace, though he knew he'd have to give in some point soon and do something about this. His hands were clenched into fists and his foot was beating out a rapid pulse in the dirt--he couldn't take much more of this, he should have stayed inside! "You, little white thing, you talk too much. Also, you're useless." ..oops, hadn't meant to say that out loud. "...s-sorry, nevermind.. just..... how do I go home.."

He was not about to say it out loud but... Woooow the little white digimon sure talked a lot, more than any person or sentient thing Kale had come in contact with. Not that he really considered it a bad thing, it was just an observation he had made. Upamon had noticed it too, but she wasn't about to say anything either... It'd be rude to just say 'you talk too much' when SnowAgumon seemed so nice. It was really just rude thing to say regardless, no matter the temperament of the person."AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!"Kale had been about to go ahead and introduce himself and everything when he was interrupted by Flynn's yell, blinking confusedly behind his blindfold as the man went on to wail something that went by too quick for him to understand. He tilted his head to the side a little, immediately wondering if their reactions to him were the cause of this little breakdown. If this was indeed the cause then he would feel pretty bad, in fact he already did even if it really didn't have anything to do with them. As a result the boy went and walked over, kneeling in front of Flynn and after a moment going ahead and placing a hand on the unoccupied shoulder.
This may have seemed like something odd for someone to do to a near complete stranger to some, but to Kale really he just saw it as an opportunity to help and he was going to take it. "Dude look... I dunno what's going on but, y'know maybe it'll get better or there's a way out of it?" He offered, giving a faint shrug of his shoulders. He wasn't really seeming awkward at all, even slipping his bandanna up again in an effort to make eye contact. Eye contact always seemed to be a factor in situations like this, like it made words mean more or seem more sincere.
He really did seem concerned, as anyone might if someone just suddenly broke down in tears in front of them... Well, anyone but Perejoule. Kale could tell the boy didn't care much for the current situation or pretty much anyone here, and part of him wondered why he was even still here if he wanted to leave so badly. He took his eyes off Flynn a moment to look over at Perry, having heard the remark about SnowAgumon. "Hey, like I said earlier, try to chill out a little. Alright?" The words weren't mean or anything like that, more just like a friendly suggestion.
Upamon meanwhile stayed mostly quiet, though after a moment she looked up at Flynn to with a reassuring expression. "It'll be okay." She said softly, giving Labramon a small glance for whatever reason. She was just as clueless as her partner as to why Flynn had broken down in the first place, but she wasn't going to ask about it. It could be something private after all, and the digimon wasn't about to go messing about in private affairs.

Despite their efforts to comfort her...er...him... Flynn wouldn't hear any of it. Nothing would remedy the fact that he was a MAN now, and all that training training to try and force this near appearance on himself had finally drove him crazy. WHY didn't he just try to look like a prettier girl or something!? No matter how much Labramon would have disagreed with the fact she found herself ugly - it wasn't the point.
He didn't want to be August anymore. Nor did he want to be Flynn.
His lips pouted when he felt Upamon bounce close to him and offer words of comfort, finding it impossible to make himself feel better after all of this. Instead, he stood up and throw his hands over his eyes, bawling much like a teenage girl would have the moment they realized they were a man. "WAAAAH.."
And then, the man turned on his heels and scooped up Labramon from under his arms - dashing off in one direction while sobbing hysterically, "DON'T FOLLOW ME I'M A WOMAN WAAAAH! I'LL BE OKAY JUST DON'T FOLLOW ME-E-E-EEE!" and with that, he was gone... into the mysterious land of toy town doing...well..whever he did best.

"You, little white thing, you talk too much. Also, you're useless.""...s-sorry, nevermind.. just..... how do I go home..."
SnowAgumon was quite taken aback by his rudeness. Fine then, if he wanted to be like that he could go be like that somewhere else. "You see that corner there? Take a left after it, then a right, then go straight, then a right, left, right, right, right, left, straight, and stop. Take the farthest exit on you left, it should say 'No Exit' Then you will be out" She gave an indignant huff. Call her useless now.
She turned back to the no-eyed human, but he seemed busy with the one-eyed human, so she waited her turn. The no-eyed human and his Upamon tried to comfort the one-eyed human. But he seemed really upset and ran away. She hoped he would be ok. She turned to The no-eyed human again. "Too bad about that one. Sometimes they can't handle it here. Hope he feels better soon. So you were about to say something?"

"You see that corner there? Take a left after it, then a right, then go straight, then a right, left, right, right, right, left, straight, and stop. Take the farthest exit on you left, it should say 'No Exit' Then you will be out"He took a few deep breaths, positively glaring at SnowAgumon. Chill out, Kale had advised, but the suggestion feel on deaf ears. How could one digimon be so intolerably stupid?! He was filled with relief that Nyaromon didn't talk that much. Not even close to that much. He needed quiet to get his thoughts in order, and this white dinosaur was certianly not providing him that. Things were soon to get ugly if this kept up.
Nyaromon nuzzled Perejoule's leg, worried, she'd never seen her partner this spitting mad! There was nothing she could do to ease the tensions without making noise and upsetting her partner further. It was a no-win situation for everyone involved, and Nyaromon felt so guilty that she couldn't do a thing to stop it. She was afraid that her partner might order her to attack someone, if only to get everyone to be quiet--if that happened, what could she do? She didn't want to hurt anyone. but she had to listen to Perry, right?
Perry paid no mind to the reassuring nudges to his leg, just standing rooted to the spot with a potent mixture of fear and anger. He was afraid he was going to to something stupid, afraid that such a wrong decision was inevitable. If it was, though, then what was the point of putting it off any longer? If he waited to speak, whatever he said later would be much worse than anything he said now. In that case... "And what, exactly, makes you think that that helps me even one little bit? I didn't ask how to get out of here, I asked about how I could go home. Which would entail leaving this entire world. If you'd stop talking for a moment, you might actually be able to listen to someone."
Oh God, that wasn't going to go over well. He should've kept quiet and waited it out, or in a worst-case scenario just ran off like that eyepatched man had done, normalcy be damned. But he couldn't just do something like that, in fact the very thought terrified him. Mouthing off to everyone certainly wasn't helping, though.. he cursed his habits, cursed that he could do nothing more than curse them. He was stuck in a rut, and he had no way to get out. Perhaps he didn't even want to.

As Flynn shouted something about being a woman and just ran off, Kale couldn't help but just kind of stand there with a blank look on his face. Just... What exactly had even happened just now? The digidestined looked down to the Upamon in his arms, who looked just as confused as he felt. He honestly felt very awkward, something that he really didn't feel very often; however after what had just happened he couldn't help but feel anything but. The teen sort of felt like going home to where everything was normal for a bit, maybe see if he could go hang with a friend or something.
When SnowAgumon spoke he blinked behind his bandanna, realizing that he was trying to give Perejoule directions and then there was the fact that she remembered he'd been about to say his name. He supposed it'd be rude to just bail without giving his name, even if it was to a little digital dinosaur that the chances of seeing again were... Probably pretty small. Then again who knew, he might see the rookie the very next time he returned to this place. Kale suddenly felt kind of bad he was about to leave, though mostly due to the fact he'd be leaving SnowAgumon alone with a sullen and rude teenager.
"Well... I was about to tell you my name's Kale, and this is my partner Upamon." The digimon in his arms gave SnowAgumon a little respectful nod, her partner waiting a moment to continue. "And uh... Sorry but... This was just kinda weird y'know? I think I'm gonna head out." The boy said with a small nod, turning his head over towards Perry after a moment. He had a feeling if the boy wasn't told where a monitor or something was now he'd have a conniption fit or something, given how the other was acting. SnowAgumon also didn't deserve to be talked to like this, so he had to do something about it.
"There's a monitor near the entrance to this place I think, back that way. Just hold your digivice up to it and you can go back." Kale explained, pointing back towards where Misty Trees lead into Toy Town. He wasn't planning on taking that route back though, he wanted to just sort of... Chill out somewhere quiet before going back to the real world. He didn't want to go back still all freaked out, he wanted to be all relaxed when he went back. It probably wouldn't make sense to anyone else but Upamon, but it made perfect sense to him.
"Hopefully if we meet again it's better. Anyway, see ya around." Kale gave a wave and a friendly smile to the others before turning to leave, walking off in a random direction and hoping it was quiet there.-exit- (ooc; I feel bad but I just don't have any muse for this thread anymore ;3; sorry </3 )

If you'd stop talking for a moment, you might actually be able to listen to someone."SnowAgumon had never really disliked anyone before. This was a first for her. She gave him a look of dislike. "Perhaps if you listened, you would have understood my instructions. I have no idea how to leave this world, as I have never left before. This is my home, I have never been to the human world, and therefore I don't know how you can go back to your world, you detestable creature." She turned her back on him. "And uh... Sorry but... This was just kinda weird y'know? I think I'm gonna head out."She nodded. "Maybe we will meet again. It would be nice to see you again. You are polite. I hope you have fun for the rest of your day!" She smiled and waved as she watched Kale walk away. Maybe she should leave too. It didn't seem like she would have any more fun over here anyways. She gave the annoying human an annoyed look and walked off in the opposite direction of Kale. Maybe she would run into some new friends this way! She hopped so. She didn't want to be around any more gloomy people. -exit- {OOC: Notes: Sorry I'm not being consistent enough in my posts here, and I cant think of anything else for SnowAgumon to do here. I'm gonna duck-out of this one.}

It wasn't fair, it wasn't fair... Why did this place have to be so different? So dusty? So inhabited by idiot digimon who didn't know when to shut up? At least Kale said he knew how to leave. Oh, how he wanted to leave. Perejoule wanted nothing more than to go home and try to forget about this whole ordeal! And he certainly would try to forget, as well as he could anyway. And he'd succeed, sooner or later, and go back to what was routine and acceptable.
Hopefully.
Probably not.
Nyaromon was glad that this whole business was wrapping up, even if it did have a less than peaceful ending. Well not less than peaceful really, but.. less than courteous. She didn't blame or fault her partner for being so touchy, but she certainly wished he wasn't. It made every new situation they faced a challenge--but she supposed she was better suited to deal with it, being Perejoule's partner and all.
This whole digimon business was throwing off his entire life! Wasn't it enough to thrust Nyaromon on him (though he was of course used to her by then) without having to ruin his whole life, too? Well maybe not his entire life, and maybe not ruined, but... nevermind. He just needed to get out of there and calm down, and now that Kale had given directions that was possible. He left without another word, hurrying towards the monitor Kale had described, Nyaromon hurrying after him.
[/size] END.
(( It's totally okay, Azza! Don't try to squeeze posts out of a thread you have no muse for~ )) [/blockquote]
